The Bay Area Tumor Institute conducts 100-125 hours of continuing education programs each year. The Institute is certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing as an approved provider of continuing education credits.

We offer a complete description of all our Upcoming Courses, as well as the ability to register online. San Francisco Bay Area nurses are also invited to join the Oncology Nursing Mailing List to receive the latest information about our upcoming courses.

ONCOLOGY COURSES

Regularly scheduled oncology courses include:
  Oncology Nursing Core Curriculum
37.5 hours (every 18 months)
  ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Course
13.5 hours (every 6 months)
  Dinner meetings
2 hours (semi-annually)
  Seminars on new topics of current interest
Full-day and multi-day
